Ilene Louise Thompson

Ilene Louise, the five-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Thompson, passed away Thursday evening at 8 o'clock at the home of the parents at 530 Sterling avenue following an illness of several weeks with complications. Announcement of the death of this bright little girl brings sorrow to a host of friends of the family in the city. The body was removed to the undertaking rooms of Hall & Williams on North Park avenue, and prepared for burial. The little girl was a member of the Tod Avenue M.E. Bible school and is survived by her parents and one sister.
The remains were taken back to the home today and funeral services will be held at the home Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock when Rev. Hartman will officiate, and interment will be made in Oakwood cemetery.
