He moved to Crum Elbow after marriage. He was taxed in 1758 to 1775. He was active Precinc goverment Crum Elbow. Pathmaster # 43 1786 and # 26 1789. April 25,1782 Col Cornelius was Ordained as to office of ruling Elder at the Pleasant Valley Presbyterian Church. Cornelius was more involved in the Revolution than his Father.
