Status: Never Married OBITUARY (Oswego Palladium-Times April 14, 1909) Henry F. Cavanaugh Henry F. Cavanaugh died at his home 20 East Fourth street, at 1:15 o'clock this morning after a lingering illness. Mr Cavanaugh was born in this city thirty-two years ago. For a number of years he was a trainman on the N.Y.C. and O & W Railroads and later was employed at the clothing store formerly owned by O. S. Osterbout. He had also at various times been a member of theatrical companies taking some prominent roles. All his life Mr. Cavanaugh had been interested in sports and had managed amateur and semi-professional base-ball teams representing various organizations in the city. He had a remarkably pleasing disposition and genial way and his large circle of friends will regret to learn of his death. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. Surviving him are a sister Mary, and three brothers, Richard and William, all of this city, and Patrick of Syracuse. References
