AYERS (sic), 60, well known Baltimore and Ohio Railroad engineer, died at the Frederick City Hospital Monday morning. He had been in ill health for a year but was taken to the hospital just Thursday evening. He was a member of Frederick Lodge, No. 684, B.P.O. Elks; B and O Railroad Engineers, Baltimore; Loyal Order of Moose and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Brunswick. He is survived by his wife, the former Miss Grace Cage, and the following children, by a previous marriage: Charles W., Arlington A., Mrs. Gladys Brendle, all of Brunswick, and Mrs. Eleanor Boyer, Silver Spring; brothers and sisters, Earnie, Wallie F. and C.E. Ayers (sic), and Mrs. Ada Nuse, all of Brunswick; Mrs. Stella Ambrose and Mrs. Jessie Farr, Baltimore. Funeral services were held at the home; interment was in Park Heights Cemetery.
