The probate files for William Green help sort out which of two Hannah Greens (see Person:Hannah Green (8)) married Thomas Knowlton. The will itself (Person:William Green (27)) only names his eldest son. It refers to other children, including daughters, but does not name them. But the website William Green of Charlestown / Woburn kindly cites Source:Holman, Mary Lovering. Ancestry of Colonel John Harrington Stevens and His Wife, Frances Helen Miller, p. 102 which quotes the receipt dated 2 Jun 1671, after Hannah had come of age, by Thomas Knowlton, for his wife Hannah's share of the estate of William Green. It establishes that William's daughter Hannah married Thomas Knowlton, meaning that Thomas Green's daughter Hannah married Joseph Richardson.
