- Comes now Gilbert Townsand and swers that he is the son of Gilbert Townsand Seynior now decased, that said Townsand seynior dceased died on the 8th day of October 1861, And that the estate of said deedent is being unlawfully intermeddled by Alby Townsand and others who have no authority whatever so to intermeddle with said estate of said deedant. And asks the Clerk of Blackford County Circuit Court to appoint a specel Administrator to administer on and take care of said estate until there is a regulur one appointed. And further there is no person at this time with authority to take care of said estate.
