George Wiley (1) born about 1750 in Virginia and had at least three children, Abraham Wiley born about 1782 in Shenandoah county Virginia, Elijah Wiley born 1790-1800 and George Wiley (2) born 1790-1800. Elijah and George (2) were most likely born in eastern Tennessee, Cocke or Greene Counties. Abraham, Elijah and George (2) families listed in 1830 Cocke county Tennessee census. I believe George (1) was in eastern Tennessee by 1788.

Abraham Wiley and family moved to Henry county Missouri in 1830.

Elijah Wiley and family moved to Greene county Missouri in 1837.

George (2) Wiley and family remained in Cocke County, and his descendents still live there.

Looking for any connection or information on the George Wiley (1) that was born about 1750 in Virginia. A biography of his grandson John states that “Both his grandfathers were soldiers in the Revolutionary war.
