From "the Lambdin Chronicles", pg. 96: The will of George Lambdin, Sr., of Queen Anne's County, Maryland, dated 30 April 1738, was witnessed by Vinson Benton, William Swift and John Kinderdine. The will was probated on 28 July 1738 and included the following: "To sons Bexley John and George Jr. personalty (personal property) and should either die without issue, the survivor to inheirit the portion of the deceased. To daughters Mary, Ann and Elizabeth, personalty: sons to receive their legacies at twenty one years or marriage: daughters at ten years of marriage.
