IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN

I George Henderson Sr. of Cicil Township, Washington County and the stateof Pennsylvania being weak of body but sound of mind and memory thanks toAlmighty God for the same considering the uncertainty of this mortal lifeand knowing that is appointed for all men once to die; do make andpublish this my last will and testament in the manner and form followingviz I will that my debts be paid; and my body decently interned at thediscretion of my Executors. Out of my estate I bequeath to my belovedwife, Isabella, her bed, one milk cow and four good sheep to be kept onmy estate yearly, together with fifty dollars to be paid her yearly outof my estate the same to be conditional as the following will make appearviz I will that my beloved wife Isabella live with my son George and thatshe may have such sustenance as will make her comfortable during her natural life; but ifany time during her natural life if she think it most expedient to liveby herself she is to have a comfortable house to live in, on the mostconvenient part of my estate and to have sufficient supply of fire woodyearly during her natural life. I also will that the one third of thehousehold furniture be the property of my wife Isabella at my deceasealso the above mentioned cow and sheep to dispose of the same as shethinks fit. I also will that if my beloved wife Isabella take to live by herself that she shall have theabove mentioned fifty dollars paid her yearly as was first mentioned inthese presents. I bequeath to my son FREDERICK one dollar out of myestate to be paid one year after my decease. I also bequeath to my sonROBERT one dollar out of my estate to be paid one year after my decease.I also bequeath to my son JOHN one dollar out of my estate to be paid oneyear after my decease. I also bequeath to my daughter Jean Gallawayfifteen dollars out of my estate to be paid one year after my decease. Ibequeath to my son Frederick's daughter Catherine fourteen dollars to bepaid six years after my decease. I also bequeath to my son ROBERT'S sonGEORGE fourteen dollars to be paid six years after my decease. To my sonJOHN'S son GEORGE I bequeath Thiry five dollars out of my estate to bepaid six years after my decease. To my son WILLIAM I bequeath thirtyfive dollars out of my estate to be paid six years after my decease. Tomy daughter Jean's son GEORGE FISHER I bequeath fourteen dollars out ofmy estate to be paid six years after my decease. I also bequeath to myson George's son GEORGE fifty acres of land off the one end of my estatewhen he is of the age of twenty one years. I will that if said Georgedies before he comes to age of twenty one years that the fifty acresshall be the property of his father. Lastly I bequeath to my son GEORGE all and singular the remainder of my estate real andpersonal the said George paying the above bequeathments. I also appointWilliam Langen and my son George the sole executors of this my last willand testament revoking all former wills and testament by me hithertomade. In Witness thereof I set my hand and seal this thirtieth day ofDecember in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fourteen.
