Deed: Francis Tincher to Matthew Harrow:
For and in consideration of the nattural love & affection which I have to Matthew Harrow of same county and for further consideration the said Mathew Harrow is to keep & maintain me & my wife during our natural lives all the necessarys of life such as victuals and cloathing" plus $1.00 do give & grant unto the said Matthew beds, bedding, pots, spinning wheal, and other personal property.
