On 22 Aug 1784 John Dugger Jr and wife Fanny deeded 230 acres to Lewis Brown Jr for L116, on both sides of Sandy Creek, formerly the land of Charles Mitchell. (Brunswick Co., VA Will Book 2 page 399). Yes it was recorded in the Will book for some reason.

In Oct 1784 Court, a deed from John Dugger Jr and wife Fanny to Lewis Brown Jr was recorded. (Brunswick Co., VA Order Book 14 page 20).

On 20 Oct 1789 John Dugger Jr, James Dugger and Fanny Dugger witnessed a deed from John Andrews Sr to Alexander Andrews. (Brunswick Co., VA Deed Book 14 page 539).

On 2 Mar 1794 John Dugger Jr and wife Fanny deeded 380 acres to William Edward Brodnax for L60. The land was on Gravelly Run. Witnessed by Richard Clack, Howell Allen, Richard Mosely. (Brunswick Co., VA Deed Book 16 page 217).

On 5 Jun 1794 John Dugger Jr and Fanny Dugger witnessed the Will of Thomas Firth. (Brunswick Co., VA Will Book 5 page 544).

On 19 Jun 1794 Lemon Shell and wife Sarah, John Dugger and wife Frances, William Ruffin and wife Margaret, deeded land to Charles Lucas for L114. It was 272 acres on the north side of Rocky Run, conveyed in part to Lemon Shell by James Bennett, 150 acres by John Dugger Jr, and 10 acres by William Ruffin and 112 acres by John Lucas. (Brunswick Co., VA Deed Book 15 page 542). Note: Lemon Shell's wife Sarah was John Dugger Jr's 1st cousin.

On 13 May 1796 John Dugger Jr, William Rainey and Fanny Dugger witnessed a deed from Jerman Dugger and wife Mary to Wright Griffin. (Brunswick Co., VA Deed Book 16 page 344).

On 23 May 1796 John Dugger Jr and wife Fanny sold 9 acres to Sally Firth, widow of Thomas Firth for L10. Witnessed by William Lett, Betsy Crowder and Suckey Dugger. (Brunswick Co., VA Deed Book 16 page 332).

On 25 May 1801 John Dugger and wife Fanny deeded 100 acres to Henry Morris Sr for L60, the land was on Rocky Run. (Brunswick Co., VA Deed Book 20 page 206).

He named as Executors: Burwell Abernathy, Daniel Dugger and Jordan Richardson. Witnesses were Hubbard Saunders, Elizabeth Bennett, Jeremiah Mitchell and Benjamin Bennett.
