Charles VINCENT, born 1725, son of Michel & Anne-Marie DOIRON, married at Port Royal in 1746 to Euphrosine DUON, daughter of Jean-Baptiste & Agnes HE'BERT; four children. He died along with his wife at Plymouth [sic], England, in Oct 1756. In 1767 his children were at Belle-Isle-en-Mer at the home of relatives. !BURIAL: This is probably the Fouzin VINCENT who was buried on 16 Nov 1756 at St. Gluvias Anglican Church in Penryn, Cornwall, England as #46 "Neutral." Her husband had been buried two days earlier. Their four children were travelling in families of other Falmouth refugees to Morlaix. (See Rieder's THE ACADIANS IN FRANCE; vol. II; pp. 101 & 106). |
