Part of Newspaper Clipping
...divorce was filed late ___ afternoon in probate court by Estella E. Lysinger against Cletus K. Lysinger.
The plaintiff in her petition says that she was married to the defendant October 11, 1911, and there were two children born of the marriage, George C. Lysinger, aged four years, and Carroll, eighteen months of age. According to the allegations of the petition the defendant is a circulation builder for newspapers traveling over the country most of the time, so that she would be compelled to go from place to place if she were to live with him. The plaintiff also alleges that the defendant is guilty of unfaithfulness with a certain woman name to her, she says, is unknown, and that said act was committed at Hamilton, O., May 1, 1916.
The plaintiff says that her husband earns on an average of $50 a week and is well able to pay alimony and to care for and support the family.
She asks that she be given the care and custody of the children and be granted a divorce and alimony. Kramer & Jarvis are attorneys for the plaintiff.
