Ethel Tizzard then of 4 Kensal Rise, York, died on 15 April 1977[3] (the death was registered in the district of Sunderland,[2] co. Tyne and Wear).

On 17 June 1977 at Leeds, her will was proved. Her estate was in the amount of £1324.[3]
