!BAPTISM: The baptism and confirmation were performed by the youth of the Denbigh Ward, Newport News Virginia Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints on 26 May, 2003 during a youth baptism (proxies for the dead) trip at the Washington DC Temple.

!DUPLICATE_BAPTISM_CONFIRMATION: Ellen was baptised and confirmed on 1 Sept., 2003 at the Washington DC Temple by youth and adult leaders from Denbigh and Yorktown Wards who were performing ordinances during a combined ward youth temple trip. Rachel Halabuk and James Halabuk participated in these ordinances (about 500 baptisms done that day by about 27 youth and 13 leaders). This was done not realizing that the ordinance had already been done on 26 May, 2003.
