!BAPTISM_CONFIRMATION: Agnes was baptised and confirmed on 1 Sept., 2003 at the Washington DC Temple by youth and adult leaders from Denbigh and Yorktown Wards who were performing ordinances during a combined ward youth temple trip. Rachel Halabuk and James Halabuk participated in these ordinances (about 500 baptisms done that day by about 27 youth and 13 leaders).

!INITITORY_ORDINANCE: The initiatory ordinance was performed for Agnes in the Washington Temple On 13 March, 2004. Ellen A. Halabuk was the proxie for this ordinance.
