Elizabeth Palmer was born and baptised on 12th April 1789 at Glapthorn in Northamptonshire, daughter of Jane Palmer, formerly Cannam, and her husband John Swan Palmer, a carpenter.

On 30th October 1810, aged 21, Elizabeth married a Henry Ginn. They have yet to be researched after their marriage, although Elizabeth does appear in the 1871 census aged 81, as a widow living with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, as well as her younger brother Daniel lodging with her.
