The birth records of the nine children of Lieut Robert Colburn and Elizabeth Smith, printed with errors in Source:Worcester, Samuel Thomas. History of the Town of Hollis, New Hampshire, p. 369, is found in the Monson, NH, town records [film 15232], and the second child, named Elizabeth by Worcester, is actually found to be Elias. The birthdate is 22 Oct 1749, as reported by Worcester, but obviously the assumption this child died young is invalidated by the correction to the name.
