    "Eliakim, b. Oct. 2. 1680. Dodd in his History of East Haven, says, that 'Eliakim had two children,' but I can find no trace of his marriage. An inventory of his estate was taken by John Thompson and Nathaniel Hitchcock, May 29, 1704. It amounted to £30:07, and his part of his father's estate £33:06. From New Haven Probate Records '1st Monday in April, 1710, a quietus was granted Thomas Hitchcock of South End adm. on the estate of his father Eliakim and his brother Eliakim. Jr., dec., he having shown agreement with Sarah, the widow of Jacob Robinson, Hannah Hitchcock, John H., Samuel H., and Joseph H.'"
