- ↑ From the book The Westfall Country-He was mechanically inclined and went in for threshing machines, and in later years automobiles. He worked with Phil Pfiffer who had a steam threshing machine, the first in the country. Worked at Harper building Jack Fariman's store. Then carried the mail for several years between Harper and Westfall, turning the contract over to Cleve Cammann, his half brother, in July 1943.
