- Page 21.--4th June, 1748. James Wood, of Frederick, to Daniel Davison, Smith's Creek. Teste: Thos. How, south side of wagon road; patented to James Wood, 12th January, 1746. Teste: Jno. Hopes, Thos. Wood, Thos. Story, Morgan Bryan, Jno. Harrison, Jr. Delivered: Jno. Harrison, Jr., November, 1766.

- Page 253.--22d August, 1749. Daniel Davison, yeoman, and Phoebe, to Zebulon Harrison, yeoman. Daniel James's branch. Delivered: John Harrison, November, 1756. 46 acres patented to Daniel Davison, 25th September, 1746. Witnesses: John Denton and John Phillips. Teste: John Denton, Jr., Robert Breckenridge, John Phillips.
- Page 258.--22nd August, 1749. Same as above (Daniel Davison, yeoman, and Phoebe, to Zebulon Harrison, yeoman. Daniel James's branch). Phoebe, wife of Daniel, on Smith's Creek. Stephen Howorth's line. 156 acres, patented to Daniel, 25th September, 1746.

Josiah Davidson, eldest son and heir of Daniel Davidson, deceased, to Thomas Moore, blacksmith, £160, 370 acres on Smith's Creek, the same that was conveyed to Daniel 4th June, 1748, by James Wood, to whom it was patented 12th January, 1766 (1756). Delivered: Thos. Moore, 14th June, 1770.

- Page 235.--19th May, 1761. John Harrison, Jr.'s bond (with Thos. Moore), as guardian (chosen) to Josiah Davison, orphan of Daniel Davison.
- Vol. 1 - MAY 19, 1761. - (6) Josiah Davidson, orphan of Danl. Davidson, aged 16 years, chose John Harrison his guardian.
- Vol. 1 - AUGUST 26, 1766. - (328) Phebe Moore, wife of Thomas Moore, late wife of Daniel Davidson, assigned dower. (Note: this record proves that Daniel Davidson's widow Phoebe later married Thomas Moore).

- Page 296.--23d August, 1758. John Harrison, Jr.'s will, yeoman-- Brother Zebulon, eldest son of Jno. Harrison, tract on Smith's Creek, 400 acres; to Phel Harrison, eldest daughter of Zebulon; to sister Phebe Moore, and her daughter; Ann Davison, and to her daughters; Phebe Davison; to brother, Reuben. Executors, brothers Zebulon and Reuben. Teste: Jonathan Douglass, Jno. Hopkins, James Breame (?). Proved, 15th November, 1763, by Jno. Hopkins, and 16th November, 1763, by Jonathan Douglass. Executors qualified (Zebulon's mark ), with Danl. Love, Robt. Cravens. (Note: John Harrison was the brother-in-law of Daniel Davisson).
