Obituary

MRS. HARMON BLOTT DIES IN SPRINGFIELD

  Mrs. Cora F. Blott, 88, widow of Dr. Harmon E. Blott, died of infirmities of age at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday in the Rickley Hospital of the Masonic Home in Springfield, Ohio.  The family lived here in Ridgelawn Ave.
 Mrs. Blott was born March 28, 1867, in Cornersburg, a daughter of Josiah D. and Caroline Burry Strouse, and had lived in this vicinity all of her life.  She was a charter member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.  Her husband, a physician in Youngstown for many years, to who she was married in 1888, died July 24, 1954.
  She leaves two sons, Dr. Myron S. of Youngstown and Edgar M. of Chicago;  a daughter, Mrs. Caroline Evans of Olmstead Falls, Ohio;  three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
  Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the chapel at the Masonic Home.
