In 1900 and 1910 3 children had been born, 3 were alive. Francie Corll, her niece (Mary Ellen's daughter), went to live with her and work for her in 1891, per Carrie Corll Laug's life story. Obituary MRS. HARMON BLOTT DIES IN SPRINGFIELD Mrs. Cora F. Blott, 88, widow of Dr. Harmon E. Blott, died of infirmities of age at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday in the Rickley Hospital of the Masonic Home in Springfield, Ohio. The family lived here in Ridgelawn Ave. Mrs. Blott was born March 28, 1867, in Cornersburg, a daughter of Josiah D. and Caroline Burry Strouse, and had lived in this vicinity all of her life. She was a charter member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. Her husband, a physician in Youngstown for many years, to who she was married in 1888, died July 24, 1954. She leaves two sons, Dr. Myron S. of Youngstown and Edgar M. of Chicago; a daughter, Mrs. Caroline Evans of Olmstead Falls, Ohio; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
