January 10, 1682, page 309, Collins MacKenzie made nuncupatior will in presence of Mills, etc Liber 13, folio 376, 3 June 1684, a mare of Collins McKenzie given to Charles Watts. St Mary's county probate court: Will of Collin McKenzie of St Clements in St Mary's Co, MD 31 December 1681, Liber 4, folio 1. Probated 11 January 1682. Will bequeathed all of his cattle, except two heifers, hogs and a mare, and his household staff to Richard Gardner. Bequeathed all his land to Richard Gardner, in whose house he died.
