Will Abstract

The last will and testament of Christiana Anderson dated 10 April 1846 naming “the children of my dec’d. son George Anderson, The children of my dec’d daughter Nancy Shepherd, The children of my dec’d. daughter Susan Hues, and my other children Elizabeth Woolwine, Peggy Gray, Eve Songer, Polly S. Barger, Jacob Anderson & William Anderson,” and leaving her estate to William Anderson with whom she was living. Born in Virginia, USA on 1760 to Adam Wysor and Elizabeth Beck. Christiana married Jacob Anderson and had 12 children. She passed away on 18 Jul 1846 in Pulaski, Virginia, USA. Christina Wysor AKA Weiser[1]

Origin

Christina was born 1 March 1760 at Blue Mountain, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.[2] She was a daughter of Adam Wysor (or Weiser[1]) and Elizabeth Beck.[2]

Family

Christina married 24 March 1779 in at the house of Adam Wysor in Frederick County, Virginia by The Rev. George Mishler to Jacob Anderson, Sr. [2][3]

Montgomery County, Virginia

Several years after their marriage, Jacob and Christina moved the family to Montgomery County.[3]

Death and Legacy

Christina passed away July 1, 1846 at Pulaski, Virginia.[2] Her will was dated 10 April 1846 and proved 10 Sept. 1846.[3] In it, she mentioned her grandchildren, the children of her deceased children: George Anderson, Nancy Shepherd, and Susan Hues, and her living children: Elizabeth Woolwine, Peggy Gray, Eve Songer, Polly S. Barger, Jacob Anderson and William Anderson.[3] She left her estate to her son and executor, William, because she had been living with him.[3]
