    '[?] Christian Bechtel, b. c1715. d. 13 Jul 1793, Boehl. He was buried as a "Mennonist" in the Reformed Church at Boehl on 16 Jul 1793. He was a Mennonite and moved to Boehl in 1744 as a temporary tenant. In 1753 he was living there with his wife and 4 children. He was a Mennonite living at Boehl, Germany in 1759 with 7 minor children. He was living there in 1768.'
