Charlotte Dugger was born 6 Nov 1791 (per Mrs. Vaught) in Washington County, Territory South of the Ohio River (now Carter Co, TN). She married Thomas Anderson at some point before 1836 (no record found). They were listed in Johnson Co, TN on the 1850 census. She was named in the Will of her brother William Dugger (1784-1875) written in 1872 as "Charlotte Anderson, deceased."
