Many assumptions have been made for Charles. In 1880 he may be a laborer living and working on a farm with Samuel Greely in Union Twp., Hancock, Ohio. It can be assumed this is him based on age, birth place, middle initial and the fact that his two brothers were living as a farm hand/servant in Pennsylvania after their parents died. Census ED 181 pg 6B family 52.

Also the death and marriage information from Chicago assumes this is 'our' Charles Benjamin based on birth year, the fact that his brothers lived in Chicago, and his brother Josiah was also cremated and buried in Forest Home cemetery. There is a 1892 voter registration for C.B. Strouse born PA.
