Benjamin Judd, fourth son of Deac. Thomas Judd, lived at Farmington. Married Mary Lewis, daughter of Capt. William Lewis of Farmington. She was born May, 1645. He died in 1689, probably in October, aged 47. The inventory of Benjamin Judd's estate, £207, was presented to the Court, Nov. 6, 1689. His widow died in 1691 or 1692, aged about 46, and the inventory of his and her estate, 292£, was presented April, 1692. Son Benjamin was appointed administrator, March, 1692, with John Judd; and William Lewis was to aid. The ages of the children were returned to the Court with each inventory, and the baptisms of the four youngest are in the church record. The estate was divided among the children. May 20, 1697. His right to uplands was not then of much value.
