I Anthony Dunlavy, Sen. being week and well at present but in perfect sences I do will all my movables to my loving wife at her desposal and Likewise I do will the place I now live on to Henry and Naomi Miller at the desire of the several of us acording to what is all ready stated between him and me in the article, as time is short I will conclude as this is my last will and Testament I do hereunto set my hand and seal this 8th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven Hundred and Ninety Eight Teste William Masters Anthony Dunlavy (Seal) Sarah Masters

At a Court held for Mason County the 22nd day of April 1799 This last will and Testament of Anthony Dunlavy Deceased was presented in Court and proved by the Oaths of William Masters and Sarah Masters Witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded and there being no Executor named in said Will Upon the motion of Rebecca Dunlavy who made oath thereto and together with Benjamin Sutton her Security entered into and Acknowledged their Bond in the penalty of One Hundred & fifty pounds Conditioned as the Law Requires Certificate is granted her for Obtaining letters of Administration thereof with the Will aforesaid annexed in due form Teste Tho.
