She was born in Conneautville on January 7, 1915, a daughter of William Loughner and Alice Blanche Baker. She married Albert F. Keefe on July 9, 1935; he preceded her in death June 14, 1996.
She owned and operated Keefe Grocery on Mead Avenue in Meadville. She was also the manager of the Salvation Army Thrift Store and worked as a seamstress for the Mayfair shops.
She was a member of St. Agatha Church, life member and past president of Elks #219 Auxilary, and a member of the Wesbury Red Hat Society. She enjoyed golfing, sewing, playing cards and bowling.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert F. Keefe; her father, William Loughner; her mother, Alice Blanche (Baker) Loughner; two brothers; and four sisters.
Burial will be in St. Agatha Cemetery.
