Bennett Beasley was listed with William Taliaferro, Gent. in the settlement of Anne's son, John Peatross, Jr.

Bennett Beasley provided in his will for Anne's two grandchildren (of her son, John Jr.), Matthew Peatross and Mary Peatross, as follows:

Pages 277-79. Will of Bennet Beasley of the County of Orange, dated 7 Jan. 1758.

Matthew Peatross and Mary Peatross should be paid £6.3.- each when they come of age which is there due of there [sic] father's estate and the said Matthew to be paid his due share of the rents came by the land in Caroline Couty which is at £4.10.1.- per year from the year 1756.
