(4) 1756: Taxed Paxtang Twp., Lancaster Co., PA, south end of Paxton. (8) 1759, 4 Apr: Administration of the estate of Andrew HANNA, yeoman, granted to Elizabeth HANNAH, Lancaster Co., PA. (5) 1766, 4 Jun: Samuel Hannah and Agnes his wife, Andrew Hannah and wife Mary, all of Lancaster Co., PA, release to Joseph Brandt of Lancaster Co., PA 200 acres in Paxton Twp., warrant 25 Feb 1737 to Andrew Hannah, father of Samuel and Andrew. Andrew Hannah d. intestate and Samuel applied to the Orphans Court for appraisal. Samuel to pay widow and children their chares, and he grants 1/2 part to his brother Andrew. On 3 Jun Elizabeth Hannah, widow of Andrew, released her dower right to Samuel and Andrew. Wits. by T. & J. Moore, Mathew Hannah. (6a) 1771, 23 Apr: John Hannah and Jean his wife late of Paxton Twp., Lancaster Co., PA, but now of Hopewell Twp., Cumberland Co., PA. Father Andrew Hannah died possessed of estate both real and personal and John was entitled to one property with his brothers and sisters. In consideration of having received one full share of his father's estate from his brothers Samuel Hannah and Andrew Hannah, John and Jean quit claim all their right to the father's estate. Wits.
