KOK, Albert, age 75, of Lynden, passed away at a local hospital Thursday, July 20, (1950) following a short illness. Mr. Kok had been a resident of the Lynden district for the past 30 years. Surviving relatives include four daughters. Mrs. Catherine Greipsma, Mrs. Jean Snapper and Mrs. Anna Van Diest, all of Bellflower, California, and Mrs. Marcella Snapper, of Lynden; two sons, John A., of Missoula, Mont., and Wilbur P., of Route 1, Everson; a brother, Gerrit, of Lynden; two sisters, Mrs. Roline DeValois, of Lynden, and Mrs. John Bloenendaal, of Orange City, Iowa; 17 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 24, at 2 p.m. from the First Christian Reformed Church in Lynden with the Rev. J. C. Bergrugge officiating. Interment in the Monumenta cemetery under the direction of the Gillies Funeral Home in Lynden.
