According to Descendants of Philip Linn, she married Timothy Linn in 1823 in Nicholas Co., Kentucky. He was brother to William who married her sister Betsy. He was previously married to Susanna Laird (possibly sister to his brother William's first wife.) Timothy and Nancy had 2 children: Melissa Dean and Polly McCann. 

 However, I believe Melissa and Polly may have been other relatives.  I believe Timothy and Nancy may have had at least one daughter, Elizabeth b. abt 1832.
 In the 1850 census for Nicholas Co., Kentucky, Timothy Linn [also indexed as 'Laprin'] is 66 farmer from Pennsylvania; with Danny 45 PA; Melissa Dean 18; and Polly McCann 7. {p. 476a, <http://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/ky/nicholas/census/1850/pg0469a.txt>}
 In the 1860 census for Carlisle, Nicholas Co., Kentucky, Jackson Foster is 31, farmer from KY; with Elizabeth 28; John H. 9; Timothy 7; Sarah H. 2; and [mother-in-law?] (Dannia?) Linn 50 PA. Her husband Timothy is in Bourbon, Marshall Co., Indiana, living with grandson Timothy.
