In the 1910 census for Berne, Albany, NY Ada is living with Frank and 4 of their children - William 19, Cecil 15, Arthur 13 and Millard 7. Also living with them is Martha Elizabeth Corman, identified as Frank's mother-in-law. This name does not agree with that given in "Berne, NY - Family Files" www.bernehistory.org as Gibson. The fact that William's middle name is Gibson would tend to confirm it as Ada's maiden name. Ada is shown as having 5 children, all of whom were still alive at the time of the census. From Harold Miller: "Ada M. Gibson was born in 1870 at NY. She married Frank Boomhower, son of Jacob Eugene Boomhower and Chezna Wright, circa 1889. She married Charles Cashner after 1920. She died in 1963. She was buried at South Berne Rural Cemetery, South Berne, Albany, NY. She appeared on the census of 1880 at 14th Ward, Albany, Albany, NY. She and Sarah A. Chesebro appeared on the census of 1905 at Thompsons Lake Road, East Berne, Albany, NY. She and Frank Boomhower appeared on the census of 1910 at Town of Berne, Albany, NY. She appeared on the census of 1920 at Newark, Essex, NJ. She appeared on the census of 1920 in the household of her son Rev. William Gibson Boomhower at Newark, Essex, NJ. She and Charles Cashner appeared on the census of 1930 at 128 East Market St., Rhinebeck, Dutchess, NY, it was a second marriage for each of them."
