Based on the wills of Bridget Varney and William Vinson, the Rachel Cooke who married William Vinson is Rachel Varney, widow of Thomas Cooke, who married and divorced Joseph Langston, reverting to the name Cooke. The children Thomas Vinson and Abigail Vinson, therefore, are the children of William Vinson and Rachel Varney. It should also be noted that William Vinson did not die until 1690 (will probated 25 Nov 1690), long after Rachel Cooke married Elisha Kibbe.
