    This Marriage was solemnized between Us {John Dixon / The Mark X of Hester Ellice
    In the Presence of Stephen Rowley / Sally Row her mark X

    Stephen Rowley had also witnessed the marriage of Sarah Dixon to Thomas Primet at Great Wymondley the previous year, but he does not appear to have been a regular witness of marriages at Great Wymondley and so may have had links to the Dixon family.
