    James Montgomery "Mont" & Lilly Bell (Jarrett) Hawkins were married 4 November 1915 at the home of the bride's parents in Tipton County, Indiana. They lived in a home  built by Monts father 2 miles East of Sharpsville, their entire married life.

    Mont farmed and they were active participants In Liberty Township doings.

    They were the parents of three children, Mary Louise, Margaret Eleanor and Frances Jane.
