Born in Tipton County, Indiana. Now residing in Mansfield, Texas. Occupation: Air Force & commercial airline pilot, retired.
Started the Hawkins Worldwide DNA Project with Family Tree DNA in 2003, serving as Administrator until 2013. Still acting Asst. Admin for Hawkins Family Group - 04, the Jeffery & Dorthy (Mattock) Hawkins line, Wiltshire immigrants to PA in 1682. I have a VERY large "gathering" of information on this family. I am of the opinion that not Jeffery, but his brother Roger is the line's likely true patriarch.
