Know all men by these presents that I Abiel Shurtleff of Plymouth In the County of Plymouth In New England Housewright Gardian to James Cushman Elkanah Cushman Elisabeth Cushman & Hannah Cushman all Children of Elkanah Cushman Late of Plymouth In the County afores'd dec'd have received of Benjamin Warren of Plymouth afores'd Esq'r and Esther his wife administratrix of the Estate of the said Elkanah Cushman all the Said Children parts and portions of their said fathers Estate as it was Allotted and Assigned to them by the Judge of Probates for the County Afores'd. And thereof and of every part and parcell thereof both real and personal the Said Abiel Shurtleff do Acquitt Exonerate and discharge the Said Benjamin Warren and Esther his wife their heirs Executors and Administrators for Ever by these presents. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Eighteenth day of July Anno Domini 1718.
