HAGAMAN family [19 July 2010]

If you belong to Genealogy Wise I have posted a file of 6 generations on the HAGEMAN family on the Long Island group in the discussion forum. You do have to register with Genealogy Wise but there is no fee. http://www.genealogywise.com/group/longislandgenealogy/forum/topics/hagaman-hageman-hegeman-etc

There is also a web page devoted to the HAGAMAN (& various spellings), again free but you do have to register to add comments. http://www.hagaman.net/

I collect all HAGAMAN/etc. data (male lines) on the Dutch family that settled in New York, thanks, Jim.--Jim LaLone 10:33, 19 July 2010 (EDT)

Copyright problem [4 September 2011]

I note that on the page for Belle Starr (Myra Shirley) you've copied the entire article by Richard Arnott from Wild West magazine. Copying the whole of a book or an article is a copyright violation and I have removed that text. If you wish to add back a few selected excerpts from the article, please do. --MikeTalk 10:44, 4 September 2011 (EDT)

Common ancestry [18 May 2013]

Hello from Germany,

My name is Thomas Welsch, I was born in Besseringen, Germany, and we seem to be related. I tried to upload my gedcom with werelate.org but it turned out that this is impossible as they have a limit of 5,000 names maximum (my file has 30,000). On the other hand, it makes no sense to upload just a part of it. That's why I decided no to do anything with that site besides searching for possible relatives (in your case it's my Hoffmann and my Austgen line for example). If you would like to contact me, please do so using my e-mail address jdcs@arcor.de. Maybe we had been in contact already, I haven't been doing much for the last two or three years regarding genealogy and I have lost some of my contact data.

Best regards

Thomas Welsch--Twelsch 17:04, 18 May 2013 (EDT)

Hoffman family [1 September 2014]

Hello, I am attempting to find out more information on the Hoffman Family and their health history. I am one of John Hoffman's children and unfortunately after he and Cheryl divorced, we lost all contact with the family. I did have the opportunity to speak with Thelma (my grandmother) before her death and her memory was not the best. Any information would be greatly appreciated, Angela--AParker46 16:50, 1 September 2014 (UTC)
