Mary; and, perhaps, other ch. He d. 24 Nov. 1717, aged 68, and his
wid. d. 10 Feb. foll. aged 66. GEORGE, Newbury 1640, a tailor from
London, m. Alice Poor, had Sarah, b. 8 May 1652, a. at 6 mos.;
Joseph, 22 Sept. 1653; John, 28 July 1655, a. at 17 yrs.; Moses, 11
Mar. 1657; Sarah, again, 24 Nov. 1661; his w. d. 1 Dec. 1680, and
he m. 19 July 1681, Elinor, wid. of Thomas Barnard of Amesbury (who
outliv. him a short time), and d. 27 Nov. 1694. ISAAC, Marshfield, br. of
Ephraim, by w. Bethia, wh. a. 3 Sept. 1718, had Thomas, b. 15 Dec.
1674, H. C..1695; Dorothy, 11 Aug. 1676, d. at 6 mos.; Isaac, 21 Feb.
1678; Bethia; 9 Dec. 1681, d. young; ano. d. 27 Nov. 1683, prob. liv.
not many days; Charles, 15 Oct. 1685; Nathaniel, 12 Apr. 1690; and
William, 27 Feb. 1692, H. C. 1710; and d. 29 Dec. 1699, by one acco.
but Miss Thomas says, 1712. George, an officer of distinct. in the
U. S. navy, was of this branch. JONAS, Scituate 1663, of wh. I kn. no
more. JOSEPH, Newbury, s. of George of the same, m. 31 Oct. 1677,
Mary, d. of Tristram Coffin, had Judith, b. 19 July 1678; Joseph, 23
Feb. 1680, d. young; George, 12 Jan. 1682; Sarah, 23 Oct. 1684;
Enoch, 16 Dec. 1686; Tristram, 7 Apr. 1688; Moses, 5 May 1690;
Daniel, 13 Jan. 1692; and Joseph, again, 27 Dec 1693. MOSES,
Newbury, br. of the preced. m. Lydia, d. of Tristram Coffin, had John, b.
Jan. 1680; Tristram, 9 Dec. 1681; Sarah, 28 Apr. 1684; Mary, 13 Jan.
1687; Elizabeth 25 May 1688; and Moses, 26 Feb. 1691; and d. 8 Mar. 1691.
His youngest ch. Moses, liv. to 19 Oct. 1780. RICHARD, New Haven,
m. 15 Dec. 1664, Joan, wid. of Henry Humiston, had Elizabeth b. 4 Apr. 1666;
Hannah, 21 Oct. 1667, d. young; Mary, 28 July 1669; Hannah, again, 30
Nov. 1671; and Martha, 29 Mar. 1677. He was freem. 1670, a propr.
1685, and d. 1689, betw. 5 Sept. the date of his will, and 7 Nov. that
of his inv. SAMUEL, Marshfield, s. perhaps youngest of Thomas,
m. 18 May 1682, Sarah Gray, and for sec w. 5 Dec. 1698, Mary
Mayhew. THOMAS, Plymouth 1630, m. 19 Apr. 1633, Ann, d. of
Richard Warren, rem. to Marshfield 1650, where his s. Ephraim was b.
17 May of that yr. Beside him and Isaac, both be� ment. he had
Thomas, k. at Rehoboth fight 1676, and Samuel, and, perhaps, ds. certain.
Hannah, m. 15 Jan. 1662, Stephen Tilden of M.; Mercy, m. 1666,
John Sawyer; Ruth; and Patience, as giv. by Miss Thomas; and he d.
Mar. 1671. THOMAS,[1] Cambridge, had d. Patience, said on rec. at
Boston to have m. at Weymouth 11 Nov. 1657, Joseph Jones of Hingham,
and any thing else is not kn. Twelve of this name had, in 1829,
been gr. at Harv. eight at Dart. and nine at other coll. of N. E.
