Documentation
This template is used to display the first 12 results from a Family Tree DNA (or equivalent) Y-DNA test.
The following syntax is used:
- {{DNA-Y12|1|2|3|4|5|6|7|8|9|10|11|12|Lab=Lab|Haplo=Haplotype|Prob=x|ysearch=xxxx|Rel=Relation}}
where:
- 1-12 are the first twelve results
- Lab is the testing company (e.g. FTDNA; Ancestry; GeneTree; 23andme); if left blank it will show the default of FTDNA
- Haplo is the Haplotype; this can be determined from this test; if left blank it will state "Unknown"
- The page is automatically added to the Category "Y DNA Haplotype Haplo"
- Prob is the probability in % associated with thsi Haplotype (e.g. 100.0%)
- ysearch is the reference number for the data stored on www.ysearch.org (e.g. 2YJ2K)
- Rel is the relationship of the person to the individual tested
This will be developed further once we can get the #if: parserfunction working!
