Zachariah Hawkins, s/o Robert and Mary Hawkins, bp. Charlestown 25 Oct 1639, d. 1699. It is claimed by some that he had a wife Mary, d/o Jonathan Mills, but by 1698 his wife was definitely Mary, d/o Thomas Biggs, Sr. Will of "Zachary Hawkings of Brookhaven", dated 17 Nov 1698, proved 27 Apr 1699, mentions "Zachary Hawkings my Eldest son", sons Joseph and Eleazer [under age], grandchildren Nathaniel Brewster, Zachary Smith, daughters Martha and Hannah [under age], "beloved wife Mary Hawkings" [executrix].
