    vi. Zachariah Cecil. Zachariah was born about 1758 in Maryland. he served in the Revolution under Lt. Daniel Howe of Montgomery County, Virginia. When his brother Thomas migrated to Ohio in 1812, Zachariah joined him and settled his family in Shelby County, Ohio. Zachariah's military service is recorded in Official Roster of Soldiers of the American Revolution Burled in Ohio. He died in 1823 in Shelby County, Ohio and is buried there.
    Zachariah married Nancy Ingram, daughter of Samuel Ingram, 24 October 1792(?), probably in Montgomery County, Virginia.
