The following is the appraisal of the estate of William P. Warner as transcribed by Darrell Warner from the Bath County, Kentucky estate settlement book #1, pages 136, 136, 137,138 and 139 dated 1853. I scanned the pages to enlarge the print so I could read it better. Anything I could not read will be marked as such and questionable items will be marked with a question mark. I also used the same spelling as they did.

We the undersigned appraisers appointed by the County Court of Bath at their August term 1853 to appraise the slaves good & chattles of William P. Warner deceased as produced by Mary Warner & Jacob Warner his administratnix and administrator on the 31st day of August 1853 having been duly sworn to discharge the duties by John Pieratt Esquire a Justice of the Peace for said County of Bath Court.
