REVOLUTIONARY WAR: He was a member of Lieutenant William Hafer's County Militia - 5th Battalion, 3rd Company of Paradise Twp. (See Eisenhart book p. 101.) He was also in Peter Zellinger's Militia. PROPERTY: William received a warrent on 117 acres, 116 perches in Paradise Twp. on 4 Dec 1790. (See Eisenhart book, p. 101.) WILL: William's will was dated 8-11-1797 and is filed in Book K, p. 145 at the York County Court House. It was probated 9-22-1801. There are numerous Orphan's Court records on William - see - Book H, pp. 218, 717; Book K, p. 145; Book N, pp. 420-1, 470; and Book P, p. 9. These documents date from 8-11-1797 to 5-9-1826. CHILDREN-BIRTH DATES: The actual birth dates of the children in this family were generated by a fellow researcher, Dr. Philip I.
