11. The remainder of my personal estate to be divided between my sons John, William B., George, Samuel, and Jesse McCrone

My Real Estate in Cleveland and Jefferson, Ohio and at the City of Washington to be sold by my sons when they think best, the sum received to pay legacies above, the remainder to my said five sons equally, the share for Samuel to be retained by the executors and invested until he is married or engaged in business

make and appoint Leontine N. McWhorter and John McCrone Jr., both of County and State aforesiad, my true and lawful attorneys for me in the settlement of the estate of John McCrone Decased, of whose will I am the only surviving Executor in the County and Sate aforesaid
