I did find in Franklin County marriage records: William Krumm to PermeliaP Gould on Apr 10, 1852 by William Lehmann, M.G. she is age 16 andfather signs consent in volume 7 page 735.
Also found her buried alone at the Hill Road Methodist cemetery"Permelia P Krumm, b. 9 aug 1862, d. 20 feb 1906, w/o Wm" (now if shewas 16 at marriage in 1852 she would have been born abt. 1846). Possiblyis this a first marriage and they were divorced? Divorces did not happenmuch back then, however. I am not at all sure the William that marriedPermelia is our William.
