The change in name of Creek on which land is located probably reflects it's being situated on both Beaver Dam and Highland Creeks, not an indication of assessments of different land. Wm B. Jones is buried in the Jonesburg Cemetery, apparently a small family plot with 9 known burials. On Google maps today (2014), Jonesburg Road in Henderson County, Kentucky, southwest of Corydon, ends at a farm bordered by both creeks. (See 4898 Jonesburg Rd, Corydon, Kentucky)
